Radio Estel FM Barcelona

This morning at 11 o'clock I have been present on Radio Estel FM Barcelona to talk about our long awaited book!!! "Recipes to share with the family".
The book is a compilation of the recipes that we were sharing on Instagram during the confinement. In addition to the steps for the elaborations and the illustrative photographs, we also found the drawings of the artist Eudald.
Now it is a reality, and you can already buy it in all our restaurants and on our website!

Thank you, Josep Cuní for once again moderating this new round table to talk about Pro Sustainability! A debate in which we talked about the initiative for the well of the environmental, the conservation of natural resources and the reduction of the ecological footprint in the framework of environmental education and sustainability.

It has been a very interesting debate to think about Sustainability and how it affects us all equally today and in each of our different sectors specifically!!!

SER Catalunya with Josep Cuní

This morning I was on the programme Aquí con Josep Cuní on SER Catalunya.
They discuss the overcoming and resilience of the Jubany company and all the joint effort of the team, where in a year of pandemic we have managed to diversify.
As I always say: "Putting our eggs in different baskets". In this way, the whole group has managed to reinvent itself and continue working despite the adversities.

Today, we feel proud and very happy, as this diversification means that today some 10,000 families eat Nandu Jubany's Croquettes every day.

Planta Baixa

This morning following the news of Dabiz Muñoz in which he reported that the menu of the restaurant DiverXo located in Madrid, the 250 € it currently costs to 360 € it will cost from January.

We connected directly with Planta Baixa where I was very pleased to be able to give my opinion on the sector. Nowadays restaurants that offer high quality gastronomy require a great team, the best product on the market and many other things to make the experience unique and unforgettable that make prestigious restaurants have to increase the price to maintain the quality we want and keep costs at bay.

Isidre Esteve Foundation Event

Very happy and honoured to have been part of such a special event for a great charitable cause. Accompanied by my relay partner Alex Roca we have done the whole course of the Circuit de Catalunya on a tandem! We had a great time!
An incredible experience very funny that we have finished celebrating with a beer and followed by a dinner of the hand of JubanyEvents!!! Thank you very much to everyone who has been present today.
