Autumn is around the corner and this September Can Jubany's menu presents several dishes that incorporate a tasty variety of seasonal mushrooms.

In the menu, some varieties of mushrooms have been added as seasonal key dishes of the restaurant. Thus, diners visiting Can Jubany can savour the 'Free range chicken cannelloni with Chanterelle sauce ', the 'Veal gizzards with black butter, chanterelles and zucchini flower' or the tasty 'Perica egg with cod cases, in-house vegetables and ceps '.
