Jubany team at Trufforum Vic '22

This weekend we attended the 3rd edition of Trufforum Vic. On Friday we welcomed more than 200 cooking and catering students from all over Catalonia. Quico and the truffle of la Conca gave a little performance about how to preserve and cook the truffle.
In the afternoon tha short film “El Misteri de la tòfona” was presented, there Nandu and Quico explained the keys to preserve the truffle and how to manipulate it.
Together with Jubany Events we prepared the aperitif of the inaugural event of the Trufforum Vic and the presentation of the Honorary Ambassadors of Truffle ’22.
Finally, on Saturday morning we presented a live cooking demo where Nandu and Quico cooking different recipes from the Great Can Jubany’s Truffle Menu.
