Solidarity cuisine with Juan Carlos Unzué
We are very happy to announce a new project of Solidarity Cuisine, where together 5 great chefs and 5 great athletes will sponsor the favourite recipes of these footballers. With Nandu we have recreated Juan Carlos Unzué's favourite dish: Piquillo peppers with cod brandade and samfaina. With this recipe Nandu wanted to combine a traditional product from the Basque footballer's homeland, piquillo peppers, with cod with samfaina, an emblematic product of Catalan gastronomy. All the recipes will be available for 2 months in Ametller Origen shops and part of the profits from this initiative will go to such an important cause as ALS, collaborating with the Catalan ALS Foundation Miquel Valls.
