The Can Jubany restaurant adapts its carte to the arrival of summer season products to include inspiring proposals such as zucchini flower or fresh dishes like ajoblanco or cherry gazpacho.
The carte has recently added the 'zucchini flower with cod brandade and creamy Katsuobushi', an exquisite proposal that adds up to dishes such as 'Ajoblanco of grilled almond, crayfish, grape and cauliflower' or 'clarified cherry gazpacho with smoked sardine'. The carte is also impregnated with summer with the 'gin and tonic meringue with currants and our Waldorf Salad'.

Can Jubany’s cherry trees began the month of June full of cherries, a fruit that shows us that summer is coming soon. With its harvest, this sweet proposition of nature enters with force on the carte of Can Jubany, in a refreshing dish as the 'Clarified Cherry Gazpacho with smoked sardine'.
The novelties of the carte continue with the cold soups, where in addition to the cherry gazpacho, elaborated with the cherries that are collected from Can Jubany’s cherry trees, you can also find an ‘Ajoblanco with prawns and grapes'.
