Can Jubany’s cuisine is designed to use seasonal produce with new dishes bursting with the flavours of summer.
The starters include a courgette flower stuffed with cod mousse and the mains go perfectly with the freshness of our homegrown tomato salad with parmesan cheese, smoked sardine and fig, and our Caesar's amanita carpaccio with foie gras and mustard vinaigrette. After your meal, Can Jubany offers its homegrown strawberries and cream for dessert, so you can enjoy that sweet occasion full of fond memories.
We want to share with you our enthusiasm for the launch of our Pur-Impur project in Barcelona. Located in Barcelona's Passatge de la Concepció, right next to Petit Comité, Pur is a celebration of the product and producers.
It is the result of years of experience and a lifetime of culinary enjoyment. We realize that the product, producers and respect for the environment must be at the heart of everything. Pur occupies a beautiful space on the ground floor with a completely open kitchen in the center, allowing guests to enjoy the show-cooking experience at all times.
The space is completed with Impur, a cocktail bar. You can go downstairs for a drink after your meal at Pur or attend parties and celebrations. Impur has the cocktail makers Adrià Batlle and Martí Solà on hand, behind the bar. They have prepared a list of 15 original cocktails, in which local ingredients take center stage, as well as 20 classic cocktails from all over the world with innovations and six homemade liqueurs to fuel the after-dinner conversations.
Impur is the ideal way to enjoy a complete party, combining our gastronomy, cocktails and music. It is the result of many years of celebrations and experience with Jubany Events.
With the doors opening on 3rd July, we'll be waiting to find out if you are Pur or Impur!

On May 16th, the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Government) will be showing several videos through Prodeca to enhance the potential of the agriculture and the Catalan product.
A total of 13 cooks will be associated to a product of which they will talk about in individual videos, and also in a 15-miute shared version. The aim is to summarise the excellences of some of the most exported and valued Catalan products.
As it could not be otherwise, Nandu Jubany speaks about “pork meat”, a key product of which he always says: “I honestly think there might no be a dish left in my kitchen that could come without pork.”
