Nandu and Eudald Jubany present the book Recipes tTo Share in Family on El món on RAC1 with Jordi Basté.
A book made over a slow fire, it brings together the 80 recipes they prepared during the pandemic from the Jubany family home. A book that includes the illustrations of his eldest son, Eudald Jubany, as well as the QR codes that lead to the video recipe that they prepared during the confinement and that now have been redone to polish them.
Father and son have been very happy to present and share this first book together.
Can Jubany opened 26 years ago on Tuesday 2nd of November. Today it is a reference point for gastronomy in the Plana de Vic.
