Solidarity cuisine with Juan Carlos Unzué

We are very happy to announce a new project of Solidarity Cuisine, where together 5 great chefs and 5 great athletes will sponsor the favourite recipes of these footballers. With Nandu we have recreated Juan Carlos Unzué's favourite dish: Piquillo peppers with cod brandade and samfaina. With this recipe Nandu wanted to combine a traditional product from the Basque footballer's homeland, piquillo peppers, with cod with samfaina, an emblematic product of Catalan gastronomy. All the recipes will be available for 2 months in Ametller Origen shops and part of the profits from this initiative will go to such an important cause as ALS, collaborating with the Catalan ALS Foundation Miquel Valls.

St. George's 2022

After Nandu published his first book with the whole Jubany family on November 2nd, we were very excited to share it with all of you who have been by our side all this time.

That’s why this Saturday, April 23, we will celebrate Sant Jordi in Barcelona at the Hotel Majestic, on Passeig de Gràcia, where Nandu will be signing the book “Recipes to share with the family”, and where you can also buy it.

Anna and Nandu, 25 years of marriage

Anna and Nandu are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary in Formentera with an intimate party. The ceremony was set in the series The Peaky Blinders.

It was a very special and emotional moment that they enjoyed with the whole family.
