We want you to enjoy Christmas and New Year's Eve with Jubany. That is why we have prepared for you, one more year, a gastronomic proposal for you to take home.
On the Christmas menu at home we have put dishes that honor the tradition of the Catalan table: Christmas toasted soup with galets stuffed with free-range chicken, Nandu cannelloni with cream mushrooms and truffle roast sauce, lamb baked milk with potato and onion "a lo pobre". We will close the dinner with a chocolate Christmas ball with salted caramel, vanilla and caramelized.
The price of the menu per person is €54 VAT included (minimum order for two people).
Since we work with fresh materials, reservations can be made until Thursday, December 22nd. The collection will take place on Saturday, December 24 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Serrat del Figaró (Ctra. De Taradell a Balenyà Km 1.3 Taradell) or at the Pur Barcelona (Pasaje de la Concepción, 11, 08008 Barcelona)
On New Year's Eve, we have prepared a proposal that includes different appetizers: fresh crab salad with citrus mayonnaise, soft Ajoblanco almonds, cauliflower royal with salted caramel and miso caviar, salmon tartare with spun egg and sour cream, California roll vegetables with eel flambéed with Teriyaki, lobster monkfish with scallops, paprika oil and codium seaweed, grilled beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelle and truffle sauce - Wellington Jubany.
For dessert, mini pastries of burnt cream nougat, "Xixona" and chocolate with crunchy cereals.
The price is €67 per person including VAT (minimum for two people).

On Monday, November 28, at the RBA headquarters, the VIII edition of the 2022 Macarfi Annual Awards was held in Barcelona. Where the 2023 Macarfi Guide Gala was held, where all the winners of the Gala were announced.
The Macarfi Guide stands out for being the selection of essential restaurants to visit. Our entire JubanyEvents team is especially excited to have been present with a dinner at the event for all the colleagues and professional friends who attended.
The Can Jubany team was awarded the Top 4 in the best restaurant in Barcelona. An award that excites us, since it is based on the evaluation of real clients who visit us daily in our country and trust us. And we are very happy for the 27th place for Pur Barcelona in the ranking, after the first year since it reopened.
