Trufforum presentation

On Tuesday 21 January, we had the honour of attending the presentation of Trufforum, an event that highlights the black truffle. Experts, chefs and truffle lovers gathered at La Llotja de Barcelona to share knowledge, taste dishes and highlight this local product.

During the presentation, we had the privilege of presenting and tasting four dishes made with truffle. Some of our proposals were quail eggs with truffle and potato gnocchi with truffle, among others.
