Purchase process

The gift packs to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.

 

The shopping cart will include the reference of the selected gift pack, your name and surname, the quantity, the e-mail address, the landline/mobile phone number, the price in the corresponding currency (taxes included), the confirmation of whether you will pick up the gift pack personally at the restaurant Can Jubany or if you prefer that we send it to an address that you will have to detail together with the name and surname of the person who will receive the gift pack. You will also have to detail the day of collection or delivery of the pack.

 

Confirmation of purchase

Once the purchase order is completed, and before the pack is shipped, a summary will be presented identifying the item purchased, its total price (including shipping and taxes) and shipping information. The order will have to be confirmed by clicking on the “Accept purchase” button.

 

Shipping and transport

Messaging costs are included at the price shown on the website if the shipping destination is in Catalonia. If the destination address is outside Catalonia, when you select the option “Send the pack to the following address”, the total price of the gift pack will be increased by the amount of the transport. This amount will be automatically added to the price of the selected pack.

 

Personal data

The order form will request personal data, which will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and to facilitate the realization of new purchases from Can Jubany. Likewise, you will be able to access your personal data and the information of all your orders. Remember that personal data must be identified with total accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the pack/s purchased. In addition, if requested, you will also receive by e-mail information and publications related to Can Jubany.

 

Terms of payment

Purchases will be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and AMEX). Other forms of payment will not be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct.

 

Once the transaction is confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the web page, so that it can be tracked from the computer at any time.

 

At the same time, an e-mail message will be sent with a description of the order and the personal data communicated. The non-receipt of this message may be due to some transitory problem of communications in the network or to a typing error at the e-mail address communicated. In both cases it is advisable to contact the Customer Service Department of Can Jubany.

 

Additional information about the packs

Gift packs are valid for one year from the time of purchase. They are issued with an open date (lunch or dinner): according to your preferences. All packs are for two people and include water service to the menu. Bread, a bottle of wine or selected champagne, coffees and entertainment for coffees.

The restaurant Can Jubany is obliged to protect private information. Personal data collected during your connection to our commercial website will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to any person (or third parties).

Right to return the goods and withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third person indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you will have to notify us in writing (Can Jubany, Ctra. Santo Hilari, s/n, 08506; telephone: 938 891 023; e-mail: info@canjubany.com providing us with your name, your postal address, your telephone number and your e-mail address) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or by e-mail).

 

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

 

Consequences of abandonment

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, without undue delay and always within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to carry out this reimbursement using the same payment system used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

 

We may withhold reimbursement until such time as we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods.

Without any undue delay and always within a maximum of 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period.
You will be required to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

You alone shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
