Gastronomic Forum Barcelona with the Round Table “Grow or decrease”

It has been a pleasure to be present this Tuesday November 7 at the Gastronomic Forum in Barcelona with great friends and colleagues, participating in the Round Table under the name "grow or decrease". We have shared with Patricia Nieves (Can Culleres), Álex Paz (Fuentelgato) and Eugeni de Diego (Ático Estudio Creativo), a table of dialogue where we have discussed the pros and cons of growing or decreasing in the world of gastronomy.
