Intense day at Madrid Fusión

Madrid Fusión, which took place from 27th to 29th January, has been a great experience, representing Catalonia as a World Region of Gastronomy. 

On the one hand, we are very grateful to have been part of the round table moderated by Carlos Maribona, where we talked about gastronomic communication and social networks, together with Verónica Zumalacárregui, Mario Sandoval and Miguel Carretero. A very interesting dialogue that made us realise that, without even realising it, we already started in the world of communication a few years ago! For us, there is no better way to communicate; that which is authentic, real and spontaneous.

At the same time, Ramom Blanch was chosen to participate in the steak tartar competition, where he had to demonstrate his culinary skills in the preparation of this delicate and sophisticated dish.

It has been a very enriching and positive day!
