Terrace Week is back at the Hotel Majestic!!

The 12th edition of the Hotel Terrace Week was held from 7 to 16 June, with 65 participating hotels, including the Hotel Majestic & Spa Barcelona. We participated in a showcooking session on the terrace of LDV, with a cooking session together with David Romero. In this live cooking session we explained some of the secrets of the dishes served on our terrace, such as oysters with tuna tartar and caviar and how to open them, a red shrimp and lemon butter raviolo, and an ox heart tomato and cherry tomato gazpacho with avocado.
