The four-handed dinner at the Hotel Majestic and the Marqués de Murrieta Winery

This Wednesday 29th May, we were part of a very special night! We were able to discover a great gastronomic proposal by David Romero and the whole team of Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona, paired with the Marqués de Murrieta winery! A tasting menu that we prepared together with a careful selection of seasonal products and including dishes such as sea bass tartar with lemon gel, Oscietra caviar in crispy panipuri, crab and sea crab au gratin with citrus hollandaise, among others, all accompanied by the great wines and sparkling wines of the prestigious winery. Thanks to all of you who came and made us enjoy this magical night together!!
