Tribute to Joan Roca

On Monday 10 February, Dani García's Leña Restaurant in Barcelona hosted a very special party. More than 23 chefs, friends and colleagues, together with their teams, experienced a spectacular night for one of the most important people in the profession, Joan Roca.

The tribute was a complete success, the menu was inspired by the most representative proposals of El Celler de Can Roca.

At 12 midnight, coinciding with his birthday, the star was the cake made by Christian Escribà.

We would like to thank the Roca family for everything they have taught us so far and for everything to come, and the Leña family for being such good hosts.
