Two days of four-handed cooking

On 16 and 17 October, the recently refurbished Koy Shunka restaurant hosted a spectacular private celebration: two days of four-handed cooking.

 

The experience was a gastronomic spectacle. With four hands, Nandu and Hideki, together with their teams, created dishes that combined the essence of Japanese cuisine with the unmistakable touch of Catalan cuisine.

 

The new Koy Shunka premises not only looked impeccable, but the atmosphere exceeded the expectations of the attendees.
