Yesterday we had the opportunity to participate in the "Tast a la Rambla", the Barcelona Gastronomy Festival that allows us to enjoy the best gastronomy in Barcelona and brings together the best and most renowned restaurants and gastronomic bars in the city and the surrounding area. For our part, we offered a tasting of our croquettes: roast croquette, spinach croquette with sultanas and pine nuts and the sobrassada croquette with cheese.
